I needed 2 new wall panels for my bathroom. Service was excellent. Above and beyond. Faultless.
Bought this to replace a non-thermostatic element and although it works as it should I wish I had bought the mini version as this is too complicated. Also the instructions are far too small to read and had to download them and print them off
It hasn't been installed yet, but just by getting it out of the box and looking at it , we were well pleased with it.. it's heavy and very sturdy.. you wouldn't think it was a grab safely bar just looking at it.. it's a marvelous design..
Very useful. A larger sample may have given us a better overall idea of a whole panel but better than nothing!

The panel are absolutely beautiful when you fit with the polish silver trims the look amazing . Ensure any fitting it are properly qualify mine did and amazing job. Good company fast delivery no issue at all Anyone with love these panel I have them all across my bathroom.
This mirror feels well made and functions well. The socket is easy to access and sturdy. I like the clean look and it gives a good light. I have bought the same mirror previously for different bathroom and it continues to work perfectly after several years.

Ordered the Burlington Trent Dual outlet shower unit which clearly shows a picture of the shower head as being included and there is no other indication in the item description that it is NOT included. Customer services admitted it was a poor description and misleading but refused to order the head at no extra charge. Therefore order was cancelled. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Appalling level of customer service.

Brilliant product to work with, easy to install
The panels look great on the wall, but it was certainly not an easy task to put them up. Neighter easy to cut neatly. Not a job for untrained persons. And if they need to be shorter than the full wall length, make sure to have a batton fitted, or they will slide down...
I ordered this towel rail thinking it would fit my radiator, unfortunately it didn't. On contacting the company, I returned my item, I quickly received a full refund including postage!
Purchased this mirror for our new en-suite. Having contacted Bath&More after been let down by a other supplier to enquire about delivery times, I quickly received a response advising it wasn't stocked but it it could be ordered in and would then be dispatched for next day delivery. True to their word the item was received as promised. We've now fitted it and are super happy our purchase.
