  • How much are the delivery costs?
    We offer free UK Delivery on all orders over £500. The sizes and weights of the products we sell vary a lot. Some come directly from the manufacturer, and other items we keep in stock, ready for next working day delivery.   • Do you provide a delivery day or time-slot?
    Where possible, we will provide you with a planned day of delivery, however, we are unable to guarantee this for all products. Some delivery firms provide an estimated time slot but unfortunately this is only a guide. If you have paid for next working day delivery we will choose the best service to achieve that but cannot guarantee a time-slot.
  • Do you offer next day delivery?
    Yes - if the product is in stock and available for next working day delivery, we provide this information on the product page. Orders must be placed before 2pm for next working day delivery.
  • Can I collect from Bath & More?
    Yes you can. If we have the product in stock, we can offer collections in Glasgow (G73 postcode). We will confirm all items are in stock after your order is placed so your journey isn’t wasted.
  • Do you offer multi-purchase discounts
    If you wish to buy more than 1 of the same item, please email us or reach out via live chat with the details and we’ll see what we can do for you.
  • Can you provide bespoke products?
    Some of our product ranges have options that aren’t stock, such as RAL colour finishes. If this option is available it will be clear on the product page and we’ll contact you to confirm details before finalising the order.
  • I can’t find all the details I need about a product?
    We try to provide all relevant details about the products we sell. If we’ve missed something important, please send us an email with your question or reach out to us using the live chat on our site and we’ll get back to you with an answer.
