Delivery Details

Orders under £500 have a £50 delivery charge applied, orders £500 and over qualify for free delivery.

Items from this manufacturer are delivered directly from their warehouse using their own transport or nominated courier. Delivery is normally 2-4 working days and we will contact you within 1 working day of your order being placed to confirm the planned delivery date.

Up to 5 wallboard samples can be provided per order and there is a flat fee of £4 per set of samples to cover the delivery cost. Delivery of samples will be as quickly as possible and we will advise you by the next working day of any samples which are out of stock.

Firstly, and most importantly the Customer Service provided by Andy at Bath and More was exceptional. We did have a problem with our Multipanels on delivery but Andy went 'above and beyond' to rectify this. The multipanels have been installed and are excellent, lovely to have the look and feel of the grout line with no future discolouration.
