As we approach the Christmas and New Year holiday, we endeavour to deliver all orders within normal timescales. Planned delivery dates will be given once an order is processed. Please order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.


Orders placed from 16th December may not be delivered until 5th January at the earliest, however this varies for each product range - we will update you as quickly as we can on estimated order delivery time frames.


We have reduced staffing from 27th December. We will continue to process orders, however response and update times will be longer than normal. Orders are due to start dispatching again from 5th January 2026.



You are welcome to place orders during this period, but please be aware up to date stock and delivery information will not be available until the New Year.
