UK Delivery Information
We aim to deliver products from stock within 3 working days unless you have paid for next working day delivery and the order was placed before 1pm.
If a product is not in stock we aim to deliver in 7 working days and will confirm this, or advise you of a longer delivery timescale, within 1 working day of the order being placed.
We strongly advise trades people are not booked and work is not started until you receive products as we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs you may incur due to delayed delivery or in the case of damaged items.
Where possible, we will provide you with a planned day of delivery, however, are unable to guarantee this for all products.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer International shipping at the moment.

For Small parcel deliveries, we use the ParcelForce courier service. The standard parcel service time scale is an estimated 2-4 working days. If we aren’t able to arrange immediate despatch we will update you with estimated delivery timescales by the next working day. We have a Next Working Day option available on some items which you can choose when placing your order (UK Mainland only). Each item will be carefully packaged and distributed to our courier after being dispatched from our warehouse. Up to 5 wallboard samples can be provided per order and there is a flat fee of £2 per set of samples to cover the delivery cost. Orders under £500 will incur a shipping charge based on the product's size, orders of £500 and over automatically qualify for Free UK Delivery. Items from this manufacturer are delivered directly from their factory or from our stock using a nominated courier. A number of these items are made to order so delivery is normally within 7-28 days depending on factory stock. We will contact you within 1 working day of your order being placed to confirm the planned delivery date. |
Cancellation & Returns
In all cases, please contact us by email prior to returning goods. We will provide you with a reference for the return.
Any items received damaged must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us. This email must include your order reference along with at least one image of the damage and one of the packaging. We will then confirm the returns process for that particular product and will refund you once the goods have been returned and the reason for fault confirmed.
Products cancelled or returned within the 14 day cooling-off period and in re-saleable condition will be refunded to you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation, subject to our satisfactory receipt of the returned goods within that time.
If you have ordered items which have been made to order for you and you decide to cancel the order or return it after delivery, there will a re-stocking charge. This will be up to 25% of the item value, depending on the product and time of cancellation.
We will refund delivery costs to you, except for additional delivery costs for next day delivery if the delivery was made in the expected timescale.
You are responsible for the costs of returning unwanted products to us and should use a tracked/recorded delivery method to do so.
Some products, such as toilet bowls and toilet seats, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please ensure you check careful that these are suitable before taking the final protective wrapping of any such product. These products will be highlighted on their website page.
