Delivering Orders Placed Before Christmas

As we approach Christmas, we’re getting a lot of questions on delivery dates and potentially pre-Christmas arrivals:
Is next day delivery available?
- A: Certain products are available for next day delivery, this information is shown on the product page. Orders must be placed by 2pm to qualify for next day delivery
- A: We cannot guarantee delivery now before Christmas on larger products. This can be impacted by delivery handlers and stock. We always endeavour to have your orders delivered as soon as possible and aim to give you an update of planned delivery schedule within 1 working day of your order being placed
- A: If the item is in stock in our warehouse you can collect your order from our Glasgow showroom. Stock confirmation is given after an order is placed, and our friendly team will be in touch to confirm
Christmas & New Year Closures
The team at Bath & More will be on holiday on Monday the 26th and Tuesday the 27th of December, and again on the 2nd and 3rd of January 2023. All orders placed around these dates will be processed as we re-open.
Industrial Action Impact
Due to the industrial action ongoing between the CWU mail workers and the RMT rail workers strikes, we anticipate small delays to packages and transport of orders. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
